Some thirty players enjoyed an afternoon of pickleball and garden games, combined with a picnic feast on 31st August in Seale, near Farnham. Some spirited PB matches and even more hotly-contested Jenga, cornhole, boules and Smote set the competitive scene. A raffle and a silent auction raised £145 for the Club’s 2019 charities.
The event finished at it’s advertised time of 4pm – and at 4.02pm the rain started. What good luck – and what a great day !
